CW Events/Dayton Arcade is a Dayton, OH-based wedding venue and a beloved piece of Dayton architecture. This historic wedding venue, managed by Culture Works Events, can be adapted to weddings of all sizes, with several venue locations to choose from. First, weddings can be held under the stunning glass Rotunda, which is 70 feet high and 90 feet in diameter. The Dutch Guild architecture and impeccable lighting create an elegant space with luxurious finishes. The open floor plan provides maximum flexibility for couples planning their weddings; standing cocktail events can accommodate up to 1,000 individuals, with theater-style seating options for up to 700 people. The lower level, referred to as “The Tank,” is a second wedding space that can be used for a cocktail reception of up to 350 guests or a seated reception of up to 160 guests. The ceiling’s programmed LED lighting and the four wall-mounted flat-screen TVs work together to create a more contemporary feel. The Tank features two dressing suites for the wedding party to get ready, as well as a theater-in-the-round, which seats guests around a stage for your ceremony. Finally, The Galleria is another option for your wedding, where a neon ceiling installation combines with white gallery walls lined with local artwork to create a chic and modern look. Perfectly suited to smaller receptions on its own or combined with The Tank’s reception areas, The Galleria can accommodate 275 guests for cocktail hour with a total seated dinner capacity of up to 160 individuals. All three venue spaces can be booked individually or together to create the wedding of your dreams. Each wedding space within CW Events/Dayton Arcade offers private guest entry. Additionally, the use of the spacious and well-equipped dressing suites is included with ceremony and reception rental for 3.5 hours before the start of your wedding. For your wedding meal and beverages, there are several options to choose from off the approved caterer list. Conveniently located in downtown Dayton, this historic venue is about an hour’s drive from two of Ohio’s largest cities, Cincinnati and Columbus.
